PET Emergency Treatment is located in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska, offering 24-hour emergency services to the community. We value our staff's professional growth through continuous education and direct interaction with a team of veterinarians and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Manages large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Manages financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Manages the client flow from check-in, to appointment, and check-out, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Offers emotional support to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.
