Client Service Representative - Part Time
If you’re the kind of person who remembers every pet’s name before their owner finishes checking in, we’d love to meet you. Owings Mills Veterinary Center is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and can keep things running smoothly even when the lobby is busy and the phones are ringing. Simply put, you’re the friendly face that helps make every visit a positive experience.
About Us
Owings Mills Veterinary Center has been serving the community for decades and continues to be a trusted resource for local pet owners. In 2020, two long-standing hospitals—Old Court Animal Hospital and Owings Mills Animal & Bird—came together to form the modern practice we have today. Our team provides comprehensive care including wellness visits, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and preventative medicine. We also care for a variety of species beyond cats and dogs, which keeps every day interesting. What truly makes the hospital special is the team. We have experienced veterinary professionals who have been in the field for many years, alongside newer team members who are excited to learn and grow. It’s a supportive environment where everyone works together to provide excellent care for patients and great service for their people.
