Client Service Representative (Investor Service)

About the role

The Registered Funds Team provides accounting, pricing, and reconciliation services for mutual fund and collective trust clients. The Investor Services team supports shareholders through telephone calls, providing information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from and prospective shareholders
• Aid shareholders with inquiries and provide account information
• Analyze, research, and resolve shareholder concerns
• Provide educational information about funds and products
• Process all transactions for shareholders
• Record caller information and request mailing of appropriate fund materials
• Offer excellent customer service
• Update SOLAR, our internal fund information database
• Make outbound calls for clients of our Lead Generation project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience
• At least 6 months working in a customer-facing environment requiring direct in-person or phone interaction
• Pass the Securities Industry Essential test (SIE) within six (6) months

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of mutual funds and securities industry practices

Pay

• US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $35,750 - $52,040
• US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $32,640 - $47,640
• US Employees in all other states not listed above: $29,530 - $43,240
