Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
• Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
• Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
• Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
• Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
• Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED required; an associate degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, customer service, staffing, or office administration
• Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
