About the role
VCA Kaneohe Animal Hospital is seeking Client Service Representatives to join their team. They are specifically looking for Full-Time support with shifts ranging throughout the week, fulfilling a forty (40) hour work week on days based on the needs of the hospital. Closing (7:30p) and weekend availability is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and answering telephones
- Maintaining a clean and tidy facility both inside and out
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services
- Presenting and explaining fees
- Answering questions regarding products and services
- Managing electronic medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- Providing compassionate first contact to pet parents in need
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical or veterinary setting is a plus
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic animal care and husbandry

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour dependent on experience, education, certification, etc.
Schedule
