Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• Aid veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up-to-date
• Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for animal care
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
• A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team dynamic
