Full Time Client Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team at VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital. Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
• Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
• Recommending products, services, and wellness plans
• Singing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy
• Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming
• Providing care for hospital pets as needed

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with a wide range of personalities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
