Client Service Representative

About the role

VCA Katonah Bedford Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their compassionate, team-oriented veterinary practice. The ideal candidate loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly, in person and by phone
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow
• Accurately enter and update client and patient information
• Process payments, estimates, and invoices
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Assist with client education and follow-up communications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Support the medical team as needed to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with animals of all sizes and temperaments
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and/or weekends
• Prior customer service experience required
• Veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required)

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $16 to $21 per hour.
