Excited about working with pets and a fun team? Then look no more, we are looking for a friendly, energetic, organized person to join our Client Service Team at North Haledon Veterinary Care, located in North Haledon, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient schedules while working with techs and doctors
• Communicate with clients by phone, text messages, and email
• Use electronic medical record keeping and data entry
• Check patients in and out of the hospital
• Handle client invoices and process payments
• Relay communications between doctors and clients
• Schedule appointments for exams and various procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred
• Professional work ethic
• Positive personality
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently
• A calm demeanor
• A passion for delivering exceptional care to clients and their pets
