About the role
The Client Service Representative (CSR) will support Atlanta-based Account Executives in driving linear revenue from advertising partners across the Southeast. Key responsibilities include workflow ownership, planning & proposal development, campaign stewardship, activation & execution, relationship management, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the “Quarterback” of each AE’s desk, defining priorities, collaborating with the Client Service Coordinator (CSC), anticipating challenges, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build media plans that align with client goals and drive revenue for Playfly and station partners.
- Monitor campaign delivery, handle ADUs and makegoods, and keep agency partners informed.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing elements, brand integrations, and other campaign deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop strong relationships with Sales leadership, AEs, the CSC, and external stakeholders.
- Mentor the Client Service Coordinator and support their professional growth.
- Identify and pursue upsell or new opportunities for clients, assist in outreach efforts, and participate in client presentations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Experience working in the media industry, at an advertising agency, or in Sports is required.
- Some experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Interest and general understanding of the Sports industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with an emphasis on Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
