About the role

This role is the heartbeat of the hospital. You are the first voice clients hear and the first face they see when they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

  • Helping guide appointments
  • Answering questions
  • Managing the flow of the day
  • Making sure both pets and their people feel taken care of from start to finish

Requirements

  • Warm, organized, and unflappable when things get busy
  • Able to connect with people
  • Think on your feet
  • Keep things moving without losing the human side of the job

Qualifications

  • Preference given to veterinary experience
  • Not required

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus
