This role is the heartbeat of the hospital. You are the first voice clients hear and the first face they see when they walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Helping guide appointments
- Answering questions
- Managing the flow of the day
- Making sure both pets and their people feel taken care of from start to finish
Requirements
- Warm, organized, and unflappable when things get busy
- Able to connect with people
- Think on your feet
- Keep things moving without losing the human side of the job
Qualifications
- Preference given to veterinary experience
- Not required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
