Client Service Representative

Description

We’re Helping Hands Affordable Veterinary Surgery & Dental Care — a high-volume surgical + dental clinic (no general practice medicine). We help pets get the care they need at an affordable cost, and we need a full-time, in-person Client Service Rep (CSR) to be the friendly face + reliable support that keeps our team moving.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones
• Talk through surgeries and anesthetic risks (we’ll train you)
• Handle payments and client records
• Run bloodwork and update charts
• Help with intakes, discharges, laundry, cleaning, and even animal restraint when needed
