Responsibilities
- Greeting clients (and their adorable sidekicks) with warmth, empathy, and efficiency
- Managing calls, appointments, and the occasional “my cat ate what?” situation
- Helping pet parents understand estimates, invoices, and care plans
- Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized (because chaos management is your superpower)
- Supporting your teammates — we’re big on collaboration around here
Requirements
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfort with computers and front desk systems
- A friendly, patient, professional attitude — especially under pressure
- A team player who can keep smiling even on the busiest days
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computers and front desk systems
