Client Service Representative (CSR)
Starting at $20/hour
About the role
We are the only AAHA-accredited hospital in Ridgefield, CT, and we hold ourselves to a high standard in how we show up for our clients and each other. Many of our team members have been here 10+ years.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and answer questions
- Help guide pet owners through visits
- Clarify treatment plans and invoices
- Keep the front area tidy and comfortable
Requirements
- Some experience in a veterinary or medical setting (1-3 years)
- Comfortable with front desk tools (phones, payment systems, scheduling software)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Empathy and ability to communicate naturally and reassuringly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
