About the role
Village Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Knoxville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain communication between clients and medical team
- Prepare and maintain medical records
- Process payment and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Perform administrative duties
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Effectively manage multi-line phone system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role preferred

Pay
The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19/ hour.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
