Client Service Representative

The Role

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic service representatives to join our team. You will provide exceptional support to our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients regularly to address their coverage questions and resolve any issues.
• Help clients check their rates if they experience an increase.
• Ask existing clients for referrals and assist them with other policies like dental or final expense insurance.
• Work standard business hours Monday through Friday, in our office located in Noblesville.
• Stay cheerful and friendly during long hours on the phone daily.
• Be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays in the fall during Medicare open enrollment.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years office or customer service experience with a great phone voice and conversational skills.
• A stable job history demonstrating commitment and longevity at prior employers.
• Work in-office, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
• Clear criminal background and credit history.
• Ability to stay cheerful and friendly during long hours on the phone daily.
• Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays in the fall during Medicare open enrollment.
• Willingness to study for and pass an insurance licensing exam.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday-Friday, in our office located in Noblesville.
• Positive, loyal team player, and a quick learner.
• Comfortable with heavy phone work and spending at least 4 hours on the phone daily with clients.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office skills—able to type, navigate the internet, and use email efficiently.
• Experience working with HubSpot is a plus but not required.

Pay
