About the role
The Client Service Representative (CSR) will support Playfly Sports' Atlanta-based Account Executives in driving linear revenue from advertising partners across the Southeast. Key responsibilities include workflow ownership, planning & proposal development, campaign stewardship, activation & execution, relationship management, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Ownership: Serve as the "Quarterback" of each AE's desk, defining priorities, collaborating with the Client Service Coordinator (CSC), anticipating challenges, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning & Proposal Development: Apply knowledge of Playfly's offering and capabilities to build media plans that help clients achieve their goals and drive revenue.
- Campaign Stewardship: Own pacing strategy, monitor campaign delivery, request ADUs and makegoods, keep agency partners informed, and contribute to campaign recap decks.
- Activation & Execution: Coordinate the successful execution of added value marketing elements, brand integrations, and other campaign deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Sales leadership, AEs, CSC, and internal/external stakeholders, and mentor the CSC.
- Sales Enablement & Growth: Identify upsell or new opportunities for clients, support outreach efforts, and participate in client presentations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Some experience working in the media industry, at an advertising agency, or in Sports.
- Some working experience in CRM systems preferred.
- Interest and general understanding of the Sports industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with an emphasis on Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications

Pay
$45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule available, combining remote and in-office work.
