Responsibilities
- Introduce bank products and services to customers
- Participate in the sales program
- Process debit and credit transactions
- Assist with customer relations issues
- Manage the banking center vault
- Balance the vault
- Disburse cash to other designated team members
- Order and ship currency as needed
- Open new accounts (additional responsibility)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent balancing record
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
