About the role

As a Client Service Representative, you'll interact with and support both agency clients and fellow associates through the execution of various processes, including paperwork for new and renewal insurance coverage, creating and updating client information, and supporting internal associates.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and effectively respond to client email and phone requests
- Create and update client information in the agency business system
- Support requests from internal associates for detailed information and reports
- Utilize the agency business system to follow up on critical tasks
- Evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks while maintaining a high level of internal/external customer service
- Carry out projects to a successful completion
- Manage urgent matters
- Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, fostering empowerment and ownership
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial property/casualty insurance desired
- Must have or be able to obtain a PA Property and Casualty Producer license
- Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel®
- Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills
- Be very detail oriented
- Be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Drive and ability to grow professionally by earning/maintaining approved advanced learning accreditations/designations
Qualifications
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Education: High school or equivalent

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 an hour to $24.04 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
Schedule
Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
