About the role

VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time "Client Service Specialist" who enjoys interacting with clients and their pets. This position is part of a supportive and dedicated team focused on providing high-quality care and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients to exam rooms
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Liaising between clients and doctors
• Maintaining and cleaning the hospital
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Processing payments and recommending products and services
• Explaining fees and providing pet care advice
• Managing medical records and reports
• Performing hospital maintenance

Requirements

Qualifications
