Job Description
Provides client service support to our clients/patients with laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handles questions, problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and co-workers.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- AS degree preferred.
- Customer service experience with knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Previous laboratory or medical office experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
