Per Diem Client Service Representative
About the role
The Client Service Representative provides exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and compassion
- Manage appointments, emergencies, admissions, and discharges
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate client/pet records
- Review and prepare medical documents
- Educate clients on hospital services
- Perform administrative tasks (scanning, emailing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in high-stress situations
- Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Detail-oriented with good judgment
- Prior experience in veterinary medicine highly preferred
- Experienced in client care
