Job Summary

StructureCare is seeking a Client Service Manager to service our Atlanta territory. This role requires a detail-oriented and self-starting individual with a background in sales/business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the construction or commercial real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets
  • Act as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships
  • Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory
  • Accountable for client deliverables
  • Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers
  • Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports
  • Project set up
  • Develop proposals
  • Engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • 3 or more years in Sales/Business Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry (preferred)
  • Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications

  • Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
