Client Service Leader
The Opportunity
The Client Experience Leader will lead the Client Experience team in delivering consistent, high-quality support aligned with HealthEZ standards. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring service consistency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional client experience. The Client Experience Leader partners closely with internal teams to maintain accountability and optimize service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Oversight and direction of daily intake, routing, and resolution workflows for Client Requests across the Company
- Drive accountability through transparent reporting across teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report trends to leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex client requests and escalations
- Support onboarding and training of Client Service team members to ensure alignment with service expectations
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client services, operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience preferred, not required
- A strong understanding of how work gets done for Clients at HealthEZ
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience managing service metrics, workflows, and performance outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional partners
- Experience working with CRM or Service Management systems (Salesforce and 8x8 preferred)
Additional Opportunity Details
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $80,000-$120,000*. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
