Client Service Leader
About the role
The Client Service Leader will partner with clients to create and develop projects and opportunities, developing client accounts with multiple practices in partnership with group and division leadership. The role involves being a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
- Aid in implementing Freese and Nichols sales strategies
- Develop relationships with identified key and strategic client accounts
- Serve in one or more client representative roles
- Coordinate, assist and attend client events, meetings, appointments and conferences
- Oversee preparation of presentations for internal sales teams and external clients
- Prepare, attend and participate in sales presentations such as lunch and learns, brown bags and trainings
- Supervise activities and tasks of identified Business Development staff
- Coordinate with accounting to report on financial metrics such as bookings
- Identify areas and processes for improvement or efficiency
- Represent Freese and Nichols through involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles
- Develop teaming strategies for specific opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, Planning, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in related field
- Active involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work, and an alternative work schedule program which provides a day off every other Friday
