Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. In this role, you will lead client service delivery for complex infrastructure environments, ensuring operational excellence across hybrid cloud and on-premises platforms. You will serve as a senior point of accountability for enterprise accounts, partnering closely with executive stakeholders and internal teams to align service performance with business priorities. This position will also focus on driving profitability, improving service outcomes, and identifying growth opportunities through strong relationship management and disciplined delivery execution. Location: Bentonville, AR - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $220,000 – $261,300 annually Responsibilities Serve as the senior accountability point for enterprise client accounts Lead Executive and Quarterly Service Reviews, presenting performance data and improvement plans Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders to align service delivery with business priorities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with sales teams Ensure achievement of SLAs and manage service delivery across multiple platforms Oversee the ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle to support operational success Define service improvement plans aligned to client outcomes and profitability targets Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or managed services, including 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role 5+ years managing hybrid cloud and on-premises full-stack environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar client accounts with P&L responsibility in an MSP context 2+ years leading geographically distributed teams in a 24x7 model 2+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Datadog, as well as automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12 years total) Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with matching contributions Bonus opportunities available Paid holidays and paid time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
