Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee senior-level service delivery for enterprise infrastructure client accounts, with a strong focus on operational excellence, stakeholder trust, and measurable service performance. The position will partner closely with sales, delivery, and client leadership to maintain strong governance, strengthen outcomes, and identify growth opportunities. It is well suited for a leader who can manage complex infrastructure environments, guide distributed teams, and drive disciplined execution across multiple client engagements. Location: Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $220,000 – $261,300 annually Responsibilities Serve as the senior point of accountability for enterprise client accounts Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Service Reviews with performance insights Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to understand priorities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams Own end-to-end service delivery accountability across multiple infrastructure domains Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved Define and drive service improvement plans aligned to client outcomes Qualifications 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services 5+ years in client-facing service delivery leadership roles 5+ years managing full-stack infrastructure environments 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar client accounts with P&L ownership 2+ years leading geographically distributed teams in a 24x7 model 2+ years of experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tooling Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage Long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with company match Bonus opportunities Paid holidays and time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
