Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead enterprise client service delivery across infrastructure-managed services, with a strong focus on operational performance, client satisfaction, and account growth. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders and account teams to align service execution with business priorities and identify opportunities to expand the relationship. The position also carries responsibility for financial oversight, service improvement, and coordinated leadership of distributed teams supporting complex infrastructure environments. Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior leader for enterprise client accounts across managed services
- Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting performance data and improvement plans
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders to align on business priorities
- Identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with account teams
- Ensure achievement of SLAs and manage service delivery across all infrastructure aspects
- Define and execute service improvement plans aligned with client outcomes
- Manage P&L for assigned accounts and forecast infrastructure costs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services, with 5 years in a client-facing leadership role
- 5+ years managing hybrid cloud, on-prem data center, network, and end-user computing environments
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar client accounts with P&L responsibility in a managed services provider environment
- 2+ years leading geographically distributed teams in a 24/7 operational model
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring platforms and automation tools

Pay
Compensation: $220,000 – $261,300 annually
