Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure services for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on operational excellence, service quality, and account health. You will serve as a senior point of accountability across hybrid cloud, data center, network, and end-user computing environments while partnering closely with client executives and internal teams. The position also owns financial performance for assigned accounts and plays a key role in driving retention, expansion, and continuous improvement. Location: Detroit, MI - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior accountability point for enterprise client accounts within managed services
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Service Reviews, presenting performance results and risks
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders to align business priorities
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and drive root cause analysis for underperformance
- Champion service improvement plans and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Manage P&L for assigned accounts, optimizing revenue and operational costs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services
- 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role
- 5+ years managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-prem data centers, networks, and end-user computing
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and owning the P&L
- 2+ years leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a 24x7 operational model
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools such as Dynatrace, Ansible, and Terraform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Pay
$220,000 – $261,300 annually
