Client Service Coordinator

About the role

Help create, cultivate and promote a positive, upbeat facial bar. We are looking for motivated, positive, hard-working individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Store Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Requirements

• Guest Service Experience (1 year).
• Sales and Marketing Experience.
• Salon Experience Preferred.
• Current Esthetic Students Preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Base Pay + Commission + Gratuity.

Schedule

Part-time and Full-time positions available. Flexibility required, including nights and weekends.
