Responsibilities
- The Client Service Consultant is responsible for program management and excellency of order execution for top tier clients.
- The Consultant is primarily responsible for the end‑to‑end process for new orders, reorders and any change requests.
- The Consultant provides solution recommendations to clients, acting as a subject matter expert on product offerings and technology solutions.
- The Consultant typically manages relationships with one or more high‑value/high‑volume clients.
- Responsible for all transactional tasks associated with the end‑to‑end order process, including processing new orders, reorders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Serves as a subject matter expert with highly developed knowledge of promotional products and solutions.
- Provides consulting to clients to address their needs and ensures that proposed solutions meet client expectations and address business needs.
- Collaborates with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non‑standard proposals.
- Provides client updates on delivery status and troubleshoots any delivery issues as they arise.
- Escalates to management as necessary.
Requirements
- HS/GED and 4 years of experience, or a technical certificate and 2 years of experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Qualifications
- HS/GED
- 4 years of customer service experience, including consulting with clients
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $28.00 - $29.50 hourly. This position is eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity.
