Client Services Consultant
About the role
The Client Services Consultant works with National Account Customers across the MidAtlantic, managing accounts end-to-end from implementation through ongoing service delivery. This role focuses on delivering innovative benefits solutions and expanding MetLife’s offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental)
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations
- Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs
Requirements
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and project management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated professional with at least one year of relevant experience and a passion for delivering best-in-class service to national account customers
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group objectives and success
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
Qualifications
- College Degree, 1 year or more relevant experience

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
