Client Representative – Business Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients.
• Balance the workload of your own book of business while helping support the larger and more complex accounts of the client service team.
• Work independently and on a team.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients.
• Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field (plus).
• Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months).

Skills
