Client Relations Representative - Eligibility

About the role

Client Relations Eligibility Representatives provide direct and proactive service for all employer-sponsored group plan administrators of Delta Dental benefits by servicing all areas of billing and eligibility maintenance in the various DDOK assigned databases. They promote all DDOK electronic service offerings and maintain high quality of service for both internal and external DDOK clients according to set standards.

Responsibilities

• Service all areas of billing and eligibility maintenance in assigned databases
• Meet set goals for group service and promote DDOK electronic service offerings
• Maintain high quality of service for internal and external clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
• Alpha data entry skills of at least 5,000 ksph
• Numeric data entry skills of at least 7,000 ksph
• Customer Service Test score of at least 70%
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Oklahoma Insurance License or ability to obtain within the first year of employment
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight when necessary
