Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and ensure all servicing items are addressed with accuracy and urgency
  • Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver timely and efficient service
  • Maintain accurate client data and documentation in AMS360 and other platforms
  • Effectively and appropriately delegate tasks to junior team members
  • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a strong team culture

Qualifications

  • Active P&C insurance license
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance management
  • Deep understanding of commercial coverages, policy structures, and client servicing standards
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • Deadline driven with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and follow through
  • Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented, proactively anticipating client needs
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • AMS360 (required or strong working knowledge preferred)
  • AgencyZoom, Indio, Fulcrum, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
