Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Proactively anticipate client needs and ensure all servicing items are addressed with accuracy and urgency
- Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver timely and efficient service
- Maintain accurate client data and documentation in AMS360 and other platforms
- Effectively and appropriately delegate tasks to junior team members
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a strong team culture
Qualifications
- Active P&C insurance license
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance management
- Deep understanding of commercial coverages, policy structures, and client servicing standards
- Proven ability to manage a demanding workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Deadline driven with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and follow through
- Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented, proactively anticipating client needs
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- AMS360 (required or strong working knowledge preferred)
- AgencyZoom, Indio, Fulcrum, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
