About the Role

Be the first voice families trust at Senior Helpers Central Dallas. This role combines client care, consultative sales, business development, marketing, and community outreach. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking home care, building trust and guiding them through their decision-making process. You’ll also work closely with the Scheduling Manager to match clients with the best caregivers and help grow the agency through community relationships.

This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time employment and future leadership opportunities as the agency expands.

Responsibilities

  • Client Care & Admissions:
    • Answer incoming phone calls, website inquiries, and emails promptly.
    • Listen to families’ needs with compassion and professionalism.
    • Educate families about home care services and guide them through the decision-making process.
    • Schedule in-home care assessments and follow up with prospective clients.
    • Prepare on-boarding documents and coordinate client starts and caregiver Meet & Greets.
    • Conduct 24-hour and 30-day client satisfaction calls and visits.
    • Build lasting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Partner with Scheduling Manager:
    • Review each client’s care needs, goals, and preferences.
    • Identify the best caregiver match for every client.
    • Coordinate smooth transitions from intake to active care.
    • Confirm schedules, caregiver assignments, and client expectations.
    • Communicate important client information to ensure outstanding service.
    • Collaborate to solve scheduling challenges while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
  • Business Development & Community Outreach:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals).
    • Represent Senior Helpers confidently, sharing the mission and services.
    • Follow up with referral partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
    • Deliver marketing materials and thank-you communications.
    • Participate in networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
    • Request client reviews and testimonials.
    • Track referral sources and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with social media and community engagement initiatives.
  • Weekend Availability:
    • Field new client calls and inquiries over the weekend to support families facing urgent care situations.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Client relations, customer service, sales, or admissions.
  • Healthcare, home care, senior living, hospitality, or office administration.
  • Marketing or community outreach.
  • Home care experience is a plus but not required.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you’ll confidently manage new client inquiries, build trusted relationships with families, coordinate successful client starts, partner seamlessly with the Scheduling Manager to create exceptional caregiver matches, and develop strong relationships with referral sources throughout the community. Your ability to provide an outstanding first impression and represent Senior Helpers professionally will directly contribute to the agency’s growth and mission of delivering exceptional care.
