Client Program Coordinator
Position Summary
The Client Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of our operations team, supporting the account management and business development teams. The CPC helps guide clients through onboarding, product delivery, and renewal processes to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support Client Program Managers by coordinating logistics for live seminars (in person and/or virtual), including scheduling, internal communications with trainers, travel bookings, and professional client communications.
Take the lead in executing additional tasks related to key client accounts and integrating users into our LMS system.
Cook up planning/debrief calls with existing clients, assist with client quarterly business review sessions, and work with business development teams to provide best-in-class service to potential and existing key corporate client accounts.
Oversee and execute logistics for university, public seminars, and/or virtual or live team or marketing events, including scheduling, coordinating calendar invites, travel booking, creating logistics docs, setting up online accounts.
Aid in fulfilling client requests within Wall Street Prep's customer support desk.
Assist various senior leadership team members with ad hoc projects, such as documentation of internal processes, creation of marketing materials, and uploading and managing website content in WordPress.
Coordinate staffing assignments for training sessions and serve as a liaison to the Finance department to ensure correct invoicing information.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
0-2 years of experience in account management, client services, operations, media relations or public affairs (internships count as experience!)
Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management or private wealth management) is a plus
Work Environment
Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Office Located in Newton, MA Free parking Light travel required (primarily to New York City)
Salary
$55,000 per year
