What You'll Do
- Lead strategic pricing and monetization initiatives that advance the Firm's strategic priorities and drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Apply systems thinking, critical thinking, and data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges and develop pricing recommendations.
- Balance client needs, business objectives, operational feasibility, and regulatory considerations in decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships and think like the client to advance pricing priorities and drive enterprise-wide results.
- Communicate with impact and apply critical thinking to provide clarity, build alignment, and influence decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Identify opportunities to advance the Firm's pricing capabilities, governance, and operating model through strategic thinking and innovation.
- Define meaningful measures of success and continuously evaluate outcomes to ensure pricing strategies remain effective, relevant, and durable over time.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
What Could Set You Apart
- MBA SIE
- Series 7 top off
- Series 66 license
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) Designation
- Prior pricing strategy experience
- Analytical background
- Prior program management experience
