About the role

A client partner in the Industrials division will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the industrial market, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communications
  • Understand and anticipate client needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with client goals and company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

Skills
