Client & Partner Education Leader (Training)

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the global strategy for client and partner education
• Develop scalable frameworks to support diverse stakeholders
• Lead and grow a team of learning professionals
• Set direction for credible certification and credential programs
• Consult with various internal teams on training initiatives
• Manage the global training delivery model for consistency
• Design engagement policies aligned with client expectations
• Leverage AI and technology to enhance educational experiences
• Represent the Integrated Learning Organization in key forums
• Translate technical concepts into practical learning experiences
• Measure effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software or learning leadership
• Proven leader of global teams with cross-functional success
• Strong background in enterprise platforms or fraud solutions
• Experience in certification or credential program design
• Excellent consulting and executive communication skills
• Expertise in modern learning technologies and AI application
• Ability to influence without direct authority

Pay

$126,000 – $198,000 annually
