Managing Partner in Training

Position Overview

The Managing Partner in Training is an individual who has the experience and skillset to rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture while demonstrating a high performance culture mentality. Responsibilities

• Energize the team around clear objectives and maintain steady focus on execution.
• Engage the team in solving problems while maintaining forward momentum.
• Decisions are timely, and performance expectations remain high for both yourself and the team.
• Be knowledgeable about established processes and serve as a reliable resource for others.
• Your communication is clear, direct, and focused on helping the team move forward.
• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Able to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Manage team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all times.
• Maintain and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removing team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.
