About the role

Axtria is a global leader in cloud software and advanced analytics for Life Sciences, helping pharma and biotech companies transform commercial strategy, execution, and patient impact through data, AI, and technology. We're looking for a Client Partner to own and grow strategic enterprise relationships, serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, and expand our footprint across analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic Life Sciences accounts at the executive level
  • Influence commercial strategy, analytics, and AI-driven transformation
  • Lead account growth, P&L, and delivery quality in a high-visibility role
  • Work with global clients across 75+ countries in a fast-growing, innovation-led firm
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO, EVP, and VP-level leaders
  • Own account strategy, growth planning, and P&L
  • Expand existing buying centers and open new ones across Commercial, Data & IT
  • Drive growth across Axtria’s analytics, AI, and cloud platforms
  • Partner with delivery and product teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
  • Shape proposals, POVs, and executive-level content to win large engagements

Requirements

12–15+ years in Life Sciences consulting, analytics, enterprise software, or senior pharma roles

Strong track record of enterprise sales, account growth, and executive engagement

Experience running or influencing $20M+ P&Ls preferred

Ability to translate data, analytics, and AI into business impact

Executive presence, strong storytelling skills, and commercial acumen

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in Life Sciences consulting, analytics, enterprise software, or senior pharma roles
  • Strong track record of enterprise sales, account growth, and executive engagement
  • Experience running or influencing $20M+ P&Ls

Pay

The salary range for this position is $204,250 to $312,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
