About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email
- Process client orders and track shipments
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Respond to client feedback and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
