Handle essentials with precision: Open accounts, process paperwork flawlessly, and oversee service workflows. Partner with custodians and investment teams: Facilitate account transitions, trade coordination, and client planning documentation. Build clarity: Keep accurate CRM records, prepare summaries, and assist with billing, performance reports, and GIPS analysis. Drive improvement: Manage operational projects and audit processes to elevate firm-wide efficiency and innovation.

Requirements
- Degree-educated and familiar with client service, admin, or investment operations.
- Exceptionally organized, tech-savvy (CRM, Excel), with a flair for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
