About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Operations Associate to join the Wealth Management COO & Strategy team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports operational processes tied to Investment Management and Banking activities, with a primary focus on cash movement functions, remote check deposits, statement support, and operational processing tasks. This is a fully onsite position with potential for extension or future conversion based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational workflows related to cash activities, remote check deposits, wire instructions, ACH transactions, and other banking-related processes
  • Accurately enter, review, and maintain sensitive client and transactional information across multiple proprietary systems
  • Assist multiple Wealth Management operations teams with daily processing tasks and project-related activities
  • Review operational data, perform research on discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of financial and client-related records
  • Prioritize and complete tasks within strict operational deadlines and cutoff times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requests and issue resolution
  • Handle operational inquiries and support requests through written and verbal communication channels
  • Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality control standards to mitigate operational risk
  • Participate in training and support modernization and process improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or related field
  • Experience in fast-paced, accuracy-driven operational environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process critical information accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing within a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven operations setting with a high sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook

Preferred Experience

  • Financial services, banking operations, or middle-office experience
  • Exposure to cash movement processes, including ACH, ABA, wire instructions, or remote deposits
  • Experience working with operational workflows and quality review processes
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools used for operational support is a plus

Pay

Client Operations Associate Pay Rate Range: 18 – 24 USD hourly
