About the role

We are a well-established, fast-growing wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Our firm operates with a genuine fiduciary mindset, and we have built our reputation on pairing sophisticated financial planning with a high-touch client experience. We have grown substantially in recent years, expanding our footprint through a mix of organic growth and strategic partnerships, and our Seattle team plays a meaningful role in that growth story.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the Director of Client Service Operations on workflow improvement initiatives and the evaluation of new operating technology
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for projects tied to our custodial partners, keeping servicing teams aligned and issues moving toward resolution
  • Build genuine, hands-on fluency in core client service functions - account opening and maintenance, money movement requests, custodian communications, and CRM upkeep - and step in on these tasks as needed
  • Apply that firsthand operating knowledge to identify inefficiencies and design more effective processes for the servicing team
  • Lead the buildout of firm workflows within new and existing technology platforms, translating manual processes into streamlined, system-based solutions
  • Own and continuously improve process documentation, training guides, and reference materials for the client service team
  • Act as a key point of contact for workflow and system transitions whenever our firm brings on new teams through growth or partnership activity
  • Plan and lead onboarding and training sessions to bring incoming team members up to speed on our tools, workflows, and standards

Required skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience; internship or project-based experience in financial services is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Prior experience working within a custodial platform required; experience with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity strongly preferred
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, accessible documentation
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets in a regulated environment
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • A natural collaborator who can earn trust with a team by rolling up their sleeves alongside them
