Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for client service and account maintenance
  • Support account openings, transfers, money movement, and other client requests
  • Cook up client meetings and ongoing advisor outreach
  • Prepare and process client paperwork while maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Communicate with clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Maintain account activity and follow up on outstanding documentation
  • Support workflow improvements, operational initiatives, and special projects

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of client service or operations experience in wealth management, ideally at an RIA
  • Proficiency with Schwab advisor center is ideal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience and an interest in technology and process improvement are a plus
  • Experience supporting account servicing and client documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, dependable, and client-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
