Client Services Associate

What You Will Do

• Support clients and internal teams by providing support of the WOTC program, including but not limited to implementation, screening, tracking, and credit calculation.
• Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records.
• Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
• Continuously strive to improve service knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

What You Will Bring to the Role

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using internal software: Microsoft Word, Excel and other systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
