As a Client Service & Operations Associate, you will help maintain efficient business operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate client recordsAssist with account paperwork and operational documentationCoordinate appointments, scheduling, and client communicationsSupport advisors with administrative and operational needsTrack pending items and ensure timely follow-upMaintain organized client files and recordsProvide exceptional service to clients and business partnersAssist with special projects and day-to-day office operations What You Will Bring Financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or related industry experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platformsDesire to build a long-term career with a growing practiceWillingness to obtain Insurance and Investment licenses What We Offer Part-time or fulltime positionCompetitive pay starting at $20-$25 per hour, based on experienceBonuses for achieving industry designationsPTO plus holiday time off (for full-time position)Medical coverage.
