About the role
The Client Onboarding Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient client onboarding processes. This includes coordinating with clients to gather necessary documentation, providing ongoing support throughout the onboarding process, and ensuring all client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation for onboarding
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process
- Ensure all client needs are met and address any issues promptly
- Manage client relationships to build long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with financial services or technology companies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in CRM systems

- $60,000 - $70,000 annually

- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
